InkRemoval is designed to:

• Provide a searchable directory of tattoo removal providers.

• Collect and share lead information with participating clinics.

• Offer educational resources, pricing insights, and consumer guides.

• Connect users with relevant third-party services (e.g., financing, aftercare products).

Important: InkRemoval is not a medical provider and does not offer or endorse medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

• Attempt to access or disrupt the Platform improperly.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access if you violate these Terms.

4. Clinic Listings

Clinic listings are created automatically and may also be claimed by providers. Claimed profiles may include enhanced features or promotions. We do not independently verify the accuracy of clinic listings and are not responsible for the services they provide.

5. Lead Generation

When you submit information through our forms, you may be asked whether you consent to share that information with one or more tattoo removal clinics in your area:

• With Consent: Your details (e.g., tattoo specifics, contact info) will be shared so clinics can reach out to you directly.

• Without Consent: Your details will be used only in aggregated or anonymized form to improve our cost calculator and user experience.

Ink-Removal does not guarantee a clinic’s response, quality of service, or outcomes.

6. Affiliate Relationships

InkRemoval may participate in affiliate and referral programs. This means we may earn compensation if you engage with third-party offers (such as financing, aftercare products, or booking services) through our Platform.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, pricing estimator results, or the clinics included in our directory.

7. User Submissions

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, testimonials, images), you grant Ink-Removal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

You retain ownership of your submission.

8. For Clinics and Partners

If you are a clinic or business purchasing leads through InkRemoval:

• A Lead is defined as a user submission that includes contact information (email and/or phone).

• Ink-Removal does not guarantee that leads will convert into paying clients.

• All payments for leads are final and non-refundable.

• Ink-Removal may revoke access to leads if you misuse data or fail to comply with applicable laws (including HIPAA, GDPR, or CCPA where relevant).

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform—including text, graphics, designs, and software—are owned by InkRemoval or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for limited personal and non-commercial use.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only. InkRemoval:

• Does not provide medical advice.

• Does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, listings, or content.

• Is not responsible for the actions or omissions of clinics or third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkRemoval is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $500.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InkRemoval, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services,

• Your reliance on pricing estimates or third-party offers,

• Services you receive from clinics or partners introduced through the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted indicates acceptance.
