These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and InkRemoval regarding your access to and use of the Platform and its related services, content, and tools (collectively, the "Services").

User Conduct

Clinic Listings
Clinic listings may be unclaimed (automatically created) or claimed by providers. Claimed profiles may include enhanced features or promotions. We do not verify the accuracy of clinic listings and are not responsible for the services they provide.
Lead Generation
When you submit information through our forms, we may request your consent to share that information with one or more third-party tattoo removal clinics in your area. If you provide consent, your information will be shared solely for the purpose of allowing those clinics to contact you regarding services. If you do not consent, your information will only be used in an aggregated and anonymized manner to help inform other users about tattoo removal pricing and trends. InkRemoval is not responsible for the clinics’ responses, services, or outcomes.
User Submissions
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, images, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute the content in connection with our Services. You retain ownership of your content.
Intellectual Property
